Our 2024 Executive Team is working hard to share our passion for this great game as our season fast approaches this spring!

We will be hosting our "TRY IT SESSIONS" and encourage our current players and families to share the information to help us share their love for the game.  

Our House league program will be a 3 on 3 half rink experience to encourage more participation by all players from U7/U9. Our program starts with our U5 Division ages 3-4 and in a "soft" lacrosse format, then build from there to all the way to U22.

We will be working diligently to keep you more informed and encourage you to watch our website for some upcoming features for this season, follow us on Instagram and tag us in your off season training!

Remember, keep you stick in your hands... if you are a hockey player, the skills are very transferable and lacrosse will help improve your hand/eye coordination, your athleticism and continue in your overall development.
