Ontario Minor Field Lacrosse League Awards

David Vernon Outstanding Service Award

To be awarded to a person nominated from an OMFLL centre for their dedication to the game of field lacrosse. This person is not always front and centre but rather works behind the scenes and gives outstanding service to their community by giving unselfishly of their time and energy.

Ryan Haber Memorial Award

Awarded to the Midget Player demonstrating high proficiency in the game of Field Lacrosse, through his/her hard work, dedication and determination.

  • 2013 - Tyrus Rehanek

Stan Cockerton Award

Awarded to the Graduating Midget Offensive Player demonstrating high proficiency in Field lacrosse as well as sportsmanship.

  • 2013 - Jeffrey Teat

Rick "Tuggy" Passfield Memorial Award

Awarded to the Peewee Goalie demonstrating the most potential in the game of Field Lacrosse, through his/her hard work, dedication and determination.

  • 2008 - Sammy Postma

Bobby Allan Coach of the Year Award

Awarded to the Coach whose unselfish motivations are demonstrated by the dedication of their efforts by teaching and promoting the game of Field Lacrosse as well as sportsmanship.

  • 2013 - Albert Rehanek

Commissioner's Award

 Awarded to the Volunteer whose unselfish motivations are demonstrated by their dedication and determination of continually promoting and bettering the game of Field Lacrosse throughout the years. Nominated by the OMFLL Commissioner.

Laurie Montgomery Memorial Award

Awarded to the individual (player, coach, parent, volunteer, referee) involved with Ontario Minor Field Lacrosse whose unselfish motivations are demonstrated by the dedication of their efforts by teaching and promoting sportsmanship through his/her hard work and dedication
