Willem MacNeill was invited to meet with the Mayor of Brampton to receive a certificate of recognition for his recent City Pulse Athlete of the week award.

Mayor Brown was very impressed with Willem's dedication to not only being a multi sport athlete in Brampton, but was also happy to hear that Willem has taken a love for the great game of lacrosse.  We all had the opportunity to visit the Mayor's office, we chatted about what Willem loves most about playing lacrosse, as well as take photos with the Mayor.  Mayor Brown noted that he can't wait to watch his young son Theodore play our great game when he is old enough.  This is sure to be an experience that Willem and his family will remember forever.
