15 Day Fitness Challenge

To our Membership,

On behalf of everyone in the Brampton Minor Lacrosse Association, I would like to first hope and wish you and your family is safe and practicing social distancing during this pandemic. We ask your Executive feel it is very important to stay engaged with the membership and also feel exercise and a healthy lifestyle is paramount. In light of our current situation with respect to normalcy in school, work and life as a whole we wanted to put together a 15 fitness challenge in partnership with Dynamic Athlete. The owner of Dynamic Athlete is Sean Holmes who is an alumni and also the Strength and Conditioning coach of the Toronto Rock so felt it was a perfect match. Starting this coming Monday April 20th we will be releasing an exercise or series of exercises to fill 20 – 30 minutes of the day for recess or E break for our membership. These will come via email the night before with either a video demonstration or description on how and what to do. This challenge will run for 3 weeks from Monday to Friday. We ask that you tag both Brampton Minor Lacrosse and Dynamic Athlete on Instagram so we can add to our stories and share your successes We can only hope we will back to a normal way of life in the coming weeks and we will have learned to appreciate many things we may have taken for granted and enjoy a more fulfilling life as we move forward into the future.
