Electing individuals to these key positions is crucial for the effective management and operation of any organization. Each role plays a unique part in ensuring the smooth running of activities and fostering a community that values both participation and excellence.

The President serves as the leader, setting the vision and direction.

The Registrar handles membership records and ensures accurate documentation.

The Rep Box and House League Coordinators manage league operations, ensuring that both competitive and recreational players have fulfilling experiences respectively.

The Official in Charge oversees the recruitment and training of referees or officials, maintaining a high standard of officiating.

The Development Coordinator focuses on player and coach development, fostering growth and skill enhancement.

The Girls Field and Box Coordinator ensures that female athletes have equitable opportunities and representation.

Lastly, the Director(s) at Large provide broad oversight and support, bringing diverse perspectives and expertise to the board. Together, these positions create a well-rounded governance team dedicated to the organization's success.
